- Supervise or control the medical practitioners we refer you to
All medical decisions must be made between you and your chosen surgeon.
1. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 What We Are NOT
- We are NOT medical professionals, doctors, surgeons, or licensed healthcare providers
- We do NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
- We do NOT perform surgical procedures or operate medical facilities
- We do NOT employ, supervise, or control the surgeons we refer you to
- We are NOT responsible for the quality of care provided by referred surgeons
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting consultation requests
- Disclose all relevant medical history, conditions, and medications to surgeons
- Update us if your contact information changes
- Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
3.2 Medical Decisions
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All medical decisions are solely between you and your chosen surgeon
- You must conduct your own due diligence on any surgeon before proceeding with treatment
- You are responsible for verifying surgeon qualifications, credentials, and facility accreditation
- You will read and understand all consent forms provided by your surgeon
- You will ask questions and seek second opinions if unsure about any medical recommendation
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 No Medical Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY NEW ZEALAND LAW:
- We are NOT liable for any medical outcomes, complications, or adverse events resulting from surgical procedures
- We are NOT responsible for the quality of care, negligence, or malpractice by referred surgeons
- We do NOT guarantee or warrant the qualifications, skills, or conduct of any surgeon we refer
- Any medical relationship is solely between you and your chosen surgeon - we are not a party to that relationship
4.2 Information Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate information, we make NO WARRANTIES regarding:
- Accuracy, completeness, or currency of cost estimates, pricing information, or surgeon profiles
- Results or outcomes from procedures
- Availability of surgeons or appointment scheduling
- Medical information provided for educational purposes (always consult a qualified surgeon)
5. Referral Relationships & Disclosures
5.1 Commercial Relationships
DISCLOSURE: We may receive compensation from surgeons and clinics for referrals, advertising, or lead generation services. This does NOT affect the information we provide to you, but you should be aware that financial relationships exist.
5.2 Surgeon Independence
All surgeons we refer are independent contractors who:
- Set their own fees and treatment protocols
- Maintain their own malpractice insurance
- Are solely responsible for their medical decisions and patient care
- Are not employees, partners, or agents of Tummy Tuck NZ
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website (text, images, logos, graphics, videos, software) is owned by Tummy Tuck NZ or licensed to us and protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.
